If you are interested in using it, however, there are a number of tricks that you might need to learn. One of these is using JavaScript.

Facebook has been designed in such a manner that it’s very easy to use if the JavaScript settings are turned on. For instance, it becomes much easier to browse the site and to also upload and download items. However, there are times when this functionality may be turned off, such as when you need to use the more basic version of the site. In such cases, you would need to turn the functionality back on in order to use it properly. Some of the steps you need to take in order to do this include:

1. Open the browser you normally use.
2. Click on the 'tools' button on the left of side of the toolbar. Scroll down until you can identify the 'options' button.
3. Go to the 'content' button.
4. Find a box marked 'enable JavaScript' and click on it.
5. Click OK to save the changes.

These instructions work for Mozilla browser and you might need to have them modified to suit the kind of browser you use. For instance, if you use Google Chrome, you might need to click on the 'options' button that is found on the right hand side of the windowYou would then need to click on this and then go to the contents section where you can then enable JavaScript.

In summary, JavaScript is very important when you need to use Facebook. The fact that it’s an integral part of designing the site means that having it off might make it more difficult for you to use it. Using the above steps, you can reverse this.
